Prayer Line is for immediate prayer request: car accident, sudden illness, injury, but you can ask for immediate prayer for those in need of it due to loss of job, family troubles, everyday struggles. 

Prayer List (the above form) is for people who need long term prayer due to chronic illness, or major injuries. People on this list will be kept on the list for 6 weeks and will be taken off unless they call to be left on it.
