Religious Ed Registration

 
Students Registering for Sacramental Programs will need:

First Communion
To start 1st Communion Students must be in 1st Grade

-Copy of Birth Certificate
-Copy of Baptismal Certificate
-Registration Paperwork
-Registration Fee 

High School Confirmation
Students must be a Sophomore (10th Grade) to start Confirmation
-Copy of Birth Certificate
-Copy of Baptismal Certificate
-Copy of 1st Communion Certificate
-Registration Paperwork
-Registration Fee 

-Religious education programs are 2 year processes, this is a Diocesan requirement.
-Returning students must register each new program year. To register you must have paperwork and payment every new registration, regardless of their participation in the program in previous years. (Certificates may not be required)
-New student’s are required to bring necessary certificates, paperwork and payment for first time registration.
-Student’s who received sacraments at St. Philip the Apostle church must still provide a copy of their certificates.
