Elementary First Communion

  The Elementary Religious Education program, known as ERE, is a parish and family-based religious education program, geared to help young people in grades 2-6 come to know Jesus Christ and begin to form a life-long relationship with Him. Through the sharing of personal faith stories, personal witness, the use of Church-approved catechetical materials, family involvement in sacramental preparation, craft activities, study of the traditions of the Church, and praise of God through prayer, song and Liturgy, our parish youngsters receive a solid foundation in their faith development.
  
  El programa de Educación Religiosa Primaria, conocido como ERE, es un programa de educación religiosa basado en la parroquia y la familia, diseñado para ayudar a los jóvenes en los grados 2-6 a conocer a Jesucristo y comenzar a formar una relación de por vida con Él. Mediante el intercambio de historias personales de fe, el testimonio personal, el uso de materiales de catequesis aprobados por la Iglesia, la participación familiar en la preparación sacramental, actividades artesanales, el estudio de las tradiciones de la Iglesia y la alabanza a Dios a través de la oración, el canto y la liturgia, nuestra parroquia los jóvenes reciben una base sólida en el desarrollo de su fe.

  Tuesdays/ Martes 6:00pm-7:30pm
  Wednesday/Miercoles 4:30pm-6:00pm
  Thursday/ Jueves 6:00pm-7:30pm
- R.C.I.A
  
  The R.C.I.A. program is for children (7years +) who have not received sacraments of initiation in the Catholic church, and have not been baptized. This is a two-year program, at the end of the two years, during the Easter Vigil Mass students will receive the sacraments of: baptism, 1st communion and confirmation.
  
  El programa de R.C.I.A. es para niños (7 años +) que no han recibido los sacramentos de iniciación en la iglesia católica y no han sido bautizados. Este es un programa de dos años, al final de los dos años, durante la Misa de Vigilia Pascual los estudiantes recibirán los sacramentos de: bautismo, 1ra comunión y confirmación.
